Website contact workflow
The inquiry form stores your name, business contact details, organization, area of interest, message, submission time and follow-up status in the website database. Astraea Health’s owner can view this information through an authenticated private inbox and use it to respond to your inquiry. File uploads are not available.
Information you provide
Please provide general business information only. Do not submit patient information, protected health information, confidential personnel information, access credentials, floor plans or sensitive security details. To ask about information you have submitted, contact contact@astraea-health.com and provide your inquiry reference.
The form keeps a submission reference in your browser tab’s session storage to reduce accidental duplicate submissions. It does not save your inquiry text in browser storage. Short-lived request counters help limit abuse. When enabled, Resend processes a notification email to Astraea Health with a link to the private inbox. The alert does not include your submitted contact details or inquiry text. Inquiry storage does not depend on notification delivery.
Cookies and analytics
The current website contains no embedded third-party analytics or advertising trackers and does not set application cookies. This private version is hosted with ChatGPT Sites and requires authorized access. The hosting and access-control services may process authentication information and routine access logs. The final privacy notice should be reviewed and updated based on the selected hosting provider and any services added before launch.
